1. Information Collection and Storage

• No Personal Data Collection: We do not require user accounts, email registration, names, or logins. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal identifiers on external or remote servers.
• Local Device Storage: All application data—including lesson progress, quiz scores, theme preferences, and local settings—is stored locally on your device. This data is strictly saved in local device storage and is never transmitted off your phone to external databases.

2. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs

Secure Code Labs may integrate third-party advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob) to serve advertisements within the application. Third-party ad providers may access or use your device's Advertising ID (such as the Google Advertising ID) and standard network signals to serve, personalize, or measure ads in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

You can reset or limit your Advertising ID preferences at any time through your Android device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Because all user progress and preferences reside strictly within your phone's local storage, we do not store or retain your data on remote servers. You maintain complete control over your data:

• Clearing the app's cache/data via your phone settings or uninstalling Secure Code Labs will permanently remove all saved local progress and preferences.

4. Children's Privacy

Secure Code Labs is designed for students, software developers, and adult professionals aged 18 and over (and 13+ where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be posted directly within this page along with an updated "Last Updated" date.
